The top realtors understand the importance of technology. If the same seminar was held to a group of over 40 year olds that were not Realtors or technology experts, I would be surprised if 1 hand was raised.

If you asked a teenager they would answer yes to all of the questions. I'm just amazed that adults are not embracing technology and using it for business. But then again, less then 44% of US businesses don't even have a website according to a recent survey I saw.

The way this is put makes me feel like I should be putting on a military uniform and attacking a small country…. While today’s market does need aggressive marketing, clients do not like pushy people. One of the new ways to grab a prospect is with text message marketing such as DriveBuy Technologies provide. This way a prospect can receive instant information whenever they drive by one of my properties and I can follow up with them for more information.

I am a fairly new agent and I am currently looking into using a call capture system. I have looked at the one from ProQuest, Adtrakker and CallCapture24/7. I was wondering how your system is that different from the others I mentioned.

Wow, too bad the person who did the article has no clue what an AA site even looks like...

Oh, shall we take it apart?

1st, the site he shows as an example, is a 3.0 site not a 4.0 site... The homepage, well, it looks like the customer either hasn't bothered to look at their page, or well, who knows, but it needs to be fixed... They did something screwy...

2nd, as I'm sure anyone who's even bothered to look at the 4.0 sites can tell you, there is no Nav.aspx in 4.0.. no frames... Wow, this person is really trying to sell whatever it is he's selling... He's like a politician.. He doesn't even have the time to get his facts straight...

Try again to promote your own stuff, but next time, maybe the cluessless will listen...
